Directions From Greer go north on Rt 373. Turn right (south) on East Fork Rd. Continue on East Fork Rd for
approximately 100 yards. Trailhead is on the left (east) side.
The ease and beauty of this self-guided nature trail makes it a favorite amoung young and old alike. Traveling this path, the sound of a babbling brook can be heard in the distance, growing louder as the stream is reached. The stream, following and crossing the trail, hosts a variety of plants including wildflowers. It is also a source of water for wildlife including elk, deer, coyotes, and even wild turkeys. Over the trickling of the stream, the sound of the birds can be heard as they make their way between the willows, alders, aspens, pines, and spruce that flourish in this area. Numbered stations found throughout the trail, provide information on the vegetation and wildlife you’ll discover.
